Defibrillation is the act of delivering an electric shock to the heart to restore an abnormal rhythm or heartbeat due to arrhythmias. The electric shock device (defibrillator) that is used will reactivate the heart so that this organ can return to pumping blood optimally throughout the body.
We have two types of Defibrillator (AED Monitor). among others are :
MEDUCORE Standard offers you security in stressful situations: In AED mode, the defibrillator guides you through resuscitation in line with the guidelines. The clear voice prompts and intuitive user interface make this possible.
You decide how you want to use MEDUCORE Standard: In AED mode with maximum user support and automatic analysis? Or would you rather have full control and evaluate the ECG yourself? In this case, you can use the manual defibrillation mode.
MEDUCORE Standard can also be combined with a ventilator on LIFE-BASE portable systems. You can therefore use the defibrillator with a ventilator – MEDUMAT Standard², for example – in perfect harmony.
You can take the compact defibrillator with you quickly to the emergency site. It can ideally be combined with a ventilator on a portable system. This is because in an emergency, ventilation and inhalation functions may be required as well as monitoring and defibrillation. With MEDUCORE Standard² and MEDUMAT Standard², you have the functions of both devices on one portable system.
The user interface for all other WEINMANN devices has also been applied to the MEDUCORE Standard². The start menu appears immediately after the device has been switched on with quick selection for the predefined patient groups – adults, children, and infants. Suitable presettings are loaded depending on the age of the patient.
